- Once the booking is received, Go Motoring's customer service team will book your vehicle into one of our garages on your preferred date.
- We will then contact you to confirm all details of the booking.
- A courtesy driver will then collect your car from your home or work at an agreed time.
- We continue to monitor the work on your vehicle throughout the service or repair and endeavour to keep you fully informed. If any additional work is required we will contact you for authorisation before starting any additional work - putting you in total control.
- Once all the agreed work has been completed, the customer service team will contact you to confirm the vehicle is ready for delivery. We then deliver your car back to you at your home or work.
- Only when all work is completed do we take payment. Payment is made to Go Motoring by credit or debit card and we pay the garage. This helps to ensure that the garages carry out the work to our high standards.
